These terms govern your use of NCLEXnursing.com (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Educational use only

Our content is study material for NCLEX preparation. It is not medical advice, does not replace your nursing program, current clinical protocols or the orders of a licensed prescriber, and is not a prediction of exam results. Content labelled “provisional” has not completed clinical review.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure, use your own account only, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our questions or downloads, attempt to access answer keys outside normal use, interfere with the service, or share account access.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by us or our licensors. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of NCSBN, which does not endorse this service.

7. Liability
