NYCDOE health screening before entering DOE facilities, all students, personnel, and visitors must take a health test. Each day of arrival, this health screening must be done. You can also complete this health check online at health screening. If you have not completed the online health form, you will be prompted to answer the questions below when you enter the facility. To be able to enter our school buildings, all DOE personnel must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Face coverings are no longer mandatory or optional for most students, staff, and visitors on DOE property as of March 7. Students in LYFE, Earlylearn (Infants & Toddlers), 3-K, Pre-K, and 4410 classrooms who are at least two years old, as well as employees in these schools, will continue to wear face coverings when indoors. For Days 6 through 10, individuals who have been in reduced isolation or quarantine periods must wear a well-fitting facial covering, such as a KN95, KF94, or a surgical mask under a fabric mask. If the individual is unable to wear a well-fitting facial covering for the entirety of the school day, he or she must be isolated or quarantined for the whole 10-day period.
